About Anne
With a focus on complex technology contracts and licensing, Anne has worked in-house as well as in private practice with Boston law firms. Working as outside "in-house" counsel for a multinational Fortune 1000 corporation over many years, she advised engineers and salespeople in the negotiation of critical agreements for the development and sale of medical equipment worldwide.
Anne is a frequent invited speaker for continuing legal education. Before joining the firm, Anne spent a year as full-time faculty at Suffolk Law School in Boston, where she directed the Intellectual Property & Entrepreneurship Clinic. Anne was named a 2021 Massachusetts Super Lawyer.
